Missouri USSF Annual Re-certification requirements by Grade

The following are the requirements to re-register and work USSF games in Missouri.  Irrespective if you’ve already re-registered on-line with USSF, until all these requirements are met AND your record has been released by the state administration, you are not considered registered and you cannot either be assigned or work games.  All requirements for all grades are clearly outlined in the current USSF Admin handbook, which can always be viewed at http://www.ussoccer.com/Referees/Referee-Development/Instructional-Materials.aspx (it is the 2nd box on that page).

(Emeritus referees are considered Grade 8 for assignment purposes UNLESS they have met the same requirements as an active referee at their previous grade.)

Any referee grade 7 or higher that fails to re-register and meet all requirements for their grade by January 1 will be downgraded to grade 8 upon re-registration.  To restore their previous grade, all other requirements for their previous grade must be met before they can be restored and assigned at that level, in addition to paying USSF for a mid-year upgrade..
