Effective 1-1-2020, The following are the minimum required number of paid attendees in order for the following clinics to be scheduled or conducted.
Grassroot ELC 12 people minimum
Grassroot Recert 10 referees minimum
Grassroot ELC Field Training 10 referees minimum with a 10/1 minimum ratio for instructors/mentors
Futsal ELC 10 people minimum
Futsal Recert 8 referees minimum
Indoor ELC 10 people minimum
Indoor Recert 8 referees minimum
The only way the minimum number of people can be waived is if the hosting league agrees in advance to pay the instructor fees for the remaining number that the clinic is short to meet the required minimum.
ALL CLASSROOM CLINICS WILL ALSO NEED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTOR TO PARTICIPANT RATIO.
