The DRA in each district has the first authority from the SRC to allow for a clinic within their district to take place, or to cancel one that is already scheduled, due to too few a signups. The following are the minimum required number of paid attendees in order for the following clinics to be scheduled. See * below for lead instructor options after a clinic is scheduled.
Grassroot ELC 8 people minimum
Grassroot Recert 8 referees minimum
Grassroot ELC Field Training 8 referees minimum with a 8/1 minimum ratio for instructors/mentors
Futsal ELC 10 people minimum
Futsal Recert 10 referees minimum
Indoor ELC 10 people minimum
Indoor Recert 10 referees minimum
*note: The only way the minimum number of people can be waived is if the hosting league agrees (in advance) to pay the instructor fees for the remaining number that the clinic is short to meet the required minimums. In any case, the primary/lead instructor must agree to instruct the lower number of attendees.
ALL CLASSROOM CLINICS WILL ALSO NEED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTOR TO PARTICIPANT RATIO.
