Transfering your current registration into Missouri . . . 

If you want to actually transfer your registration to Missouri, Go to https://mrdp.omgtsys.com  and when you initially fill out your profile in OMS, on the DISTRICT box you should click on "TRANSFER" to start the process of moving your registration into Missouri. This is the ONLY time you can choose "transfer".  You should be aware that the transfer normally doesn't actually happen until the NEXT time you re-register, but by checking that box the OMS system will let you re-register with Missouri the next time you re-register.  In the meantime, if you want to work or be assigned games in Missouri now, depending on what is required by your current state of registration, if your existing background check isn't accepted by OMS, then you may also have to pay $7.50 for one in OMS in the meantime so you can be assigned games. Transfers DO NOT normally have any other fee from Missouri associated with this process.

Guest/referee . . .  Keep your current registration where it is now 

Go to https://mrdp.omgtsys.com/   and then on the DISTRICT box choose "GUEST REGISTRATION" if you just want to be assigned games in Missouri.  This process does NOT affect what state you are currently registered through, rather it just confirms your registration status through the learning center and makes your info available to registered assignors for affiliated games in Missouri.  If it can't confirm your registration status, it kicks it to state administrators to confirm it in other ways. All Missouri guest registrations now have to pay a $40 guest fee each year, plus if your existing background check isn't accepted, then you may also have to pay $7.50 for one in OMS (our management system). 

but what if . . . 

If your registration is not valid for the current year,  OMS will automatically detect that and will offer you the appropriate option.  If it's been over 3 years since your last registration, you will be offered the entry course.  If it's within the allowed 3 year lapsed window, then the normal recertification options will be offered to you.  If your personal circumstances are different or unique (i.e. veterans or active duty military), send an email to [email protected] and our administrators will be happy to assist you further.
